Class Plans

Welcome to the United Front Community Fitness, where we provide a safe and exciting environment for kids to
get active, strong, and confident.

We introduce them to CrossFit Kids and Youth Weightlifting programs, emphasizing safety, good form, and fun. Whether your child is a fitness enthusiast or stepping into the fitness world for the first time, we have a place for them.

Weightlifting

In our Youth Weightlifting program, kids learn the correct technique for weightlifting exercises, emphasizing safety and control. Our skilled coaches ensure every child understands the importance of good form and consistent progression.

CrossFit Kids

Our CrossFit Kids program focuses on promoting overall fitness while having fun. We tailor our workouts to fit every child's capabilities, gradually introducing them to the fundamentals of functional movements, such as squatting, pushing, pulling, and climbing.

Why Weightlifting and CrossFit for Kids?

Being active is vital for children, but why specifically weightlifting and CrossFit? Studies show that guided, controlled weightlifting can aid in the development of strong bones, improved balance, and increased stamina. Additionally, CrossFit encourages teamwork, leadership, and resilience. Both programs help instill a lifelong appreciation for fitness, discipline, and hard work.

At United Front Community Fitness, we believe that exercise is for everyone, including kids and teens. Our kids and teens classes are designed to help younger people develop healthy habits and a love for fitness that will last a lifetime. Regular exercise has numerous benefits for children and teenagers, including improved physical health, mental wellbeing, and academic performance. It can also promote self-esteem, social skills, and teamwork. Our experienced instructors create a fun and safe environment that encourages kids and teens to push themselves and achieve their fitness goals. Whether it's through strength training, cardio, or yoga, our classes are tailored to meet the unique needs and abilities of each individual. By instilling a love for fitness in our younger members, we hope to set them on a path towards a healthier, happier future.

"My favorite place to get a great workout and release some stress. I enjoy being challenged. The coaches are good about correcting form and being supportive during the workouts.
