FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Our functional fitness programming focuses on improving our cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The program aims to enhance an individual's competency at all physical tasks. Programming includes 60 minute classes offered 6 days per week (M-SAT).
olympic weightlifting
The Olympic weightlifting program focuses on improving athletes' strength and technique in Olympic lifting. Each day includes a warm-up, Olympic lifting skill and technique work, classic strength training, core, and accessory pieces. Programming includes 60-minute classes offered 3 days per week (T-TR-SAT).
